1. Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the issue for verification.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
2. Exchanges
At Kasa & Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
- Size or fitting issues: Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- Incorrect products: If you receive a different product from the one ordered, please contact us within 7 days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval by our team.
Customers must ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Products purchased during sales or using discount codes.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Minor variations in colour, print, texture, or pattern resulting from the traditional block-printing process.
- Products ordered in the wrong size or where the customer changes their mind.
However, this policy does not exclude remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products.
4. Refunds
If your return request is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- The returned product will be inspected before approval.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the issue is attributable to Kasa & Co.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Kasa & Co. uses cotton fabrics and traditional block-printing techniques. Slight variations in colour, print placement, and texture are part of the handcrafted process and make each piece unique. Customers are encouraged to follow the wash-care instructions provided with the garment.
